URGENT NOTICE
Sitkovetsky Trio, Friday 30th April
The start of this concert will be delayed, possibly for an hour. The Sitkovetsky Trio have been invited to be interviewed and play for Radio 3 on the programme ‘In Tune’ broadcast live in either the 6.00pm or the 6.10pm slot – they would have honoured their booking but we felt we should not deny them this opportunity. The BBC is aware of their booking with us and will get them to Charing Cross a.s.a.p.
We will offer a free glass of wine and nibbles to those who arrive for the advertised starting time of 7.30pm. Depending on their arrival time, we may or may not have the usual interval.
They will play Haydn: Piano Trio in G major ‘Gypsy’, Smetana: Piano Trio in G minor and Tchaikovsky: Piano Trio in A minor. The last two are different from the published programme.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you know of any non-members who may be coming, please would you pass on this information.

Welcome to our 36th season
Each season we hold six winter concerts at Sutton Valence School, usually - but not always, so please check - on Friday evenings at 7.30pm. Wine and soft drinks are available during the interval.
Prices on the door - adults £9.50, children 18 and under free, full-time students £5. We do not have an advance booking facility. Full- and part-season memberships represent generous discounts on door prices.
